Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking an experienced Commercial Property Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organization and expand your accounting expertise within the property management sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for commercial real estate portfolios
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations
  • Support annual budgeting processes
  • Collaborate with property managers to optimize financial reporting and assist with monthly/quarterly closing
  • Preparation & filing of returns
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Support lease administration, tenant billing, and variance analysis
  • Other duties as required
