Responsibilities include:Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recordedUpdating accounts receivable and issuing invoicesUpdating accounts payable and performing reconciliationsAssisting in the processing of balance sheets, ie statements and other financial statements according to legal andpany accounting and financial guidelinesProcessing expense account claimsAssisting with payroll, bank records, etc. as assignedUpdating financial data in databases to ensure that information will be secure, accurate and immediately available when neededPreparing and submitting weekly/monthly reportsAssisting Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closingsAssisting with annual auditAssisting with other accounting / finance projectsQualifications:Minimum Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 2+ years working experience in Accounting / FinanceProject Accounting experience would be a strong assetGood with numbers and figures with strong analytical acumen, as well as great attention to detailExcellent written and verbalmunication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to deadlinesStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
