We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated manager to lead our professional staff in delivering top‑notch accounting services to our clients. The role involves overseeing a broad range of clients and industries, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy.

You will manage client engagements, budgets, and regulatory compliance, play a key role in fostering client relationships, and identify opportunities for business growth.

• Review working paper files including financial statements, income tax returns, and correspondence
• Manage files to completion, including budgeting, planning, and review
• Provide training, counseling, and mentoring to accounting staff
• Act as a firm focal point in identifying and disseminating changes in accounting standards
• Assist the firm in maintaining high standards of client services
• Develop and maintain strong client and work relationships
• Identify marketing opportunities within existing internal and external networks

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required
• At least three years of public practice experience post designation, with a focus on audit, tax, and advisory services
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards
• Working knowledge and experience with International Financial Reporting Standards would be an asset
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality work and meeting deadlines
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and build client relationships
