Our client in the construction industry is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to support invoice processing, reconciliations, and accurate financial recordkeeping. This contract role has potential for permanent employment and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and code invoices accurately for proper cost allocation
  • Reconcile vendor statements, credit card transactions, and parking costs
  • Support month-end procedures and maintain accurate records in Sage
  • Assist with trade runs, payroll verification, and receipt organization
  • Review AP processes, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with team members
