• Minimum 3 years of CDL driving experience with a consistent job history.
• Must pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
• Clean MVR with no recent violations; consent to Clearinghouse.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; foreign education acceptable.
• Bi-lingual skills (English & Spanish) are a plus.
• Effective communication and basic math skills.

• Work mainly in scrap metal recycling and shredder yard environments.
• Operate trucks up to 18 wheelers, hydraulic trucks, and other equipment.
• Physical demand is light to moderate, including climbing ladders and repetitive motions.
• Sensory demands include hearing, vision, touch, smell, and taste.

• Competitive pay ($18.00-$22.00/hour based on experience).
