This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Tire Store Manager based in the Birmingham Al. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability. Responsibilities also include maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies, handling customer inquiries, and addressing any operational challenges. The Store Manager will lead by example to create a positive and efficient work environment.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication,truck tire knowledge a must
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development
• Proficiency in handling operational tasks and ensuring compliance with policies
• Knowledge of the tire industry and a focus on providing a great customer experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
