CNC Machinist – 1st & 2nd Shift Available

1st Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Pay Rates (Based on Skill Level):

• Level 1: $24.65–$26.84/hr
• Level 2: $30.37–$33.00/hr
• Level 3: $37.24–$40.53/hr

We’re hiring experienced CNC Machinists to join our growing team in Pelham, AL. This role operates CNC lathes, mills, and VTL machines to produce high-quality parts. • Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and VTL machines
• Load/unload parts, deburr components, and complete part inspections
• Perform tool touch-offs, fixture setups, and insert changes
• Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Make basic G-code edits and run manual machines when needed
• Track production data and maintain machine fluid levels
• Support finishing, polishing, and other cell operations
• Work with Quality and Project teams to resolve issues

• 2+ years of CNC Machining experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of shop tools

Preferred: CAM experience and background machining high-precision metal/plastic parts.

• Frequent standing/walking; lifting 10–50 lbs
• Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and vibration
• Ability to operate forklift or overhead crane
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
