This industrial operator is in a pivotal rebuild phase. With new leadership and renewed focus on system integrity, they're investing in a complete overhaul of their preventative maintenance and outage planning processes. The result? A rare opportunity to come in early, embed structure, and lead meaningful change from the ground up — with the backing to do it right.

• Develop and maintain long-range outage schedules (1, 3, and 5 years)
• Take the lead on contractor coordination, materials readiness, and budget alignment
• Overhaul preventative maintenance systems to improve performance and eliminate duplication
• Drive system structure using SAP or equivalent CMMS, aligned with capital project planning

• Solid foundation in maintenance planning, ideally in mining, energy, or heavy manufacturing
• Fluency in SAP or other CMMS platforms; confident with data integrity and system setup
• Ability to manage contractors, coordinate major outages, and support forecasting
• Technical background in mechanical or electrical maintenance (hands-on or oversight)
