Weatherization Tech $16 P/H
Personnel Plus Is NOW HIRING a Weatherization Tech in Caldwell,
- Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
- Day Shift
- Full Time
- Pay $16.00 to start
- Advancement opportunities
- Install materials to assist with sealing and insulation of windows and doors to help trap heat and cool air to lower energy bills.
- Working in confined spaces such as attics and floor crawling spaces regularly
- Use various hand and power tools
- Installing insulation to attics, crawl spaces, basements, or walls
- Installing house fans, repairing and insulating heating ducts, air sealing, weather-stripping
- Replacing doors and windows
- Conducts work in compliance with OSHA and MCS safety procedures
- Load and unload materials while safely transporting materials to the work site
- Inventory tools to prevent loss and clean up the work site
- Consistently maintain a professional and courteous manner and an ability to work effective and harmoniously with other employees and the general public
- Other duties as assigned
- Must wear proper personal protective equipment as required including full face masks when needed
- High school Diploma or GED
- Must be able to climb a ladder
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to use power tools, enter crawl spaces and attics
- Ability to pass a background check
- Maintain regular job attendance and adherence to working hours
