KIT is actively recruiting Laminate Floor installers for our production facility in Caldwell, Idaho. - New Hires will be matched with a company mentor to support on the job training success and employee personal/professional growth.
- Install laminate flooring according to print specifications and work order.
- Measuring and cutting materials to fit specific areas
- Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
- Follow all OSHA regulations and other mandatory safety requirements related to mandatory tie off policies and personal protective equipment.
- Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other company employees.
- Any previous flooring experience is a plus - please list this experience in your application
- The ability to work successfully both individually and with a team environment.
- Must be able to climb, bend, and carry a large load of 50 pounds during an 8(+) hour shift.
- High accuracy in work and attention to detail
- Safe use pneumatic and power tools
- Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions t be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure, as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
