KIT is actively recruiting Laminate Floor installers for our production facility in Caldwell, Idaho. • Install laminate flooring according to print specifications and work order.
• Measuring and cutting materials to fit specific areas
• Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
• Follow all OSHA regulations and other mandatory safety requirements related to mandatory tie off policies and personal protective equipment.
• Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other company employees.

• Any previous flooring experience is a plus - please list this experience in your application
• The ability to work successfully both individually and with a team environment.
• Must be able to climb, bend, and carry a large load of 50 pounds during an 8(+) hour shift.
• High accuracy in work and attention to detail
• Safe use pneumatic and power tools
• Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions t be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure, as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
