Pay:
Starting at $18.00/hour DOE + monthly bonus (average +$3/hour equivalent) and quarterly profit-sharing bonus

Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our dealer network and sales operations. This role is responsible for processing dealer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and serving as a key point of contact to ensure accurate and timely order flow from start to finish. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys working cross-functionally to support customers and production teams.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, enter, and process dealer orders with a high degree of accuracy
- Act as a primary liaison between dealers, engineering, and production
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Monitor order progress, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with company processes
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination needs
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work on the phone and computer for extended periods
- Experience working with dealers or in a2B sales support environment
- Prior residential construction experience
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm | O may be required based on business needs - Work performed onsite at 1000 Garber St., Caldwell,
- Primarily office-based role within a manufacturing/production environment
- Occasional walking on the production floor may be required.
- Environment may include exposure to noise, dust, or production activity
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform job duties for extended periods
- Ability to work on a computer as required by the role Lifting requirements only if essential to the position
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
