Ed Morse is currently seeking a
Body Shop Foreman
to join our team!

• Provide hands-on leadership of all aspects of our body shop.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and ordinances related to a collision center.
• Initiate actions to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals and objectives.
• Initiate or suggest plans for continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular shop meetings with all production staff and devote a portion of the time to training and education.
• Monitor the individual performance of the production staff on a regular basis.
• Take charge of quality control
• Maintain and ensure compliance with company standards of quality.
• Continually inspect the work in progress
• Supervise the maintenance and housekeeping of all production work areas and equipment.
• Support on-going safety training.
• Ensure that work areas are kept clean and safe and that employees operate under safe working conditions.

• Two years of experience leading an auto body shop
• Hands‑on style of management
• Strong leadership abilities
• Very well organized with a positive attitude
• Ability to lead, develop, and mentor team of 10+ Associates.
• Takes pride in the work your shop produces.
• Great with customers and CSI
• Must successfully complete a background, drug and MVR screening.
