Float Team Cleaner (Full-Time)
Based in Caldwell,  | Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 12:30 AM
$18.00-$19.00/hr | 35-40 hours/week

Howard Building Maintenance is hiring a Float Team Cleaner to help cover multiple cleaning accounts throughout the Treasure Valley. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong leadership, clear expectations, and everything you need to succeed.
How It Works:

• Start each shift at our Caldwell shop, where you'll pick up a company vehicle (fuel included) and any supplies needed
• Visit a variety of job sites - sometimes working solo, sometimes with a partner - depending on the day's needs

What You'll Do:

• General cleaning:
  Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and trash removal
• Support tasks:
  Stocking supplies, inspecting facilities, and making deliveries when needed
• Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of professional cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation to/from our Caldwell shop
• Smartphone (required for communication)
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

An ideal candidate would meet these requirements:

• 1 year of professional cleaning experience
• Hard-working team players with a can do attitude!
• A valid driver's license
• Smartphone (required)
• Reliable transportation to get to our shop or your assigned work location
• Willing and able to undergo and pass a background/drug check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Professional cleaning experience is always a bonus but not required
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age

Salary Description

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
