Hourly Wage Estimate: $17.13 - $23.98 / hour

• Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, buildings, medical gas delivery systems, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, outdoor irrigation systems, and grounds.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, minor carpentry, painting work, repairs, lock changes, and electrical work.
• Operate, repair, overhaul, service, and maintain equipment to meet regulatory requirements.
• Keep equipment and mechanical rooms clean and organized.
• Transport supplies and equipment as needed and unlock/lock buildings when required.

Entry level maintenance technicians with a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to patient care are preferred.
