A manufacturing company in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop engineering projects, improve existing machines, and work closely with production teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the industrial grinder industry. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, particularly Solid Works, is preferred. Candidates should also possess strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Occasional travel may be required.
