A youth development program is seeking individuals for the 4-H Youth Instructor position in Caldwell, Idaho. Members will coordinate and deliver STEAM and healthy living summer programs for diverse, underserved youth. Essential responsibilities include mentoring youth, building community partnerships, and enhancing program sustainability. Educational awards and stipends are provided upon successful service completion, along with flexible schedules and training opportunities.

Minimum education required is a high school diploma/GED.
