We are seeking a Preschool Teacher or Co‑Lead Teacher to join our team in Caldwell,  full‑time, on‑site role involves guiding young children through hands‑on learning experiences, supporting their spiritual and developmental growth, and helping create a warm, welcoming classroom rooted in Christian values.

Daily responsibilities include planning engaging activities, encouraging curiosity and creativity, fostering positive social interactions, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with fellow staff members are also important parts of this ministry‑minded role.

• A heart for working with young children and supporting their growth in a Christ‑centered environment
• Experience or interest in lesson planning, early learning activities, and age‑appropriate curriculum
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit when working with children, families, and colleagues
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach that reflects the love of Christ
• Early Childhood Education training or certifications are helpful but not required
• A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred but not necessary for candidates with relevant experience and a passion for ministry
