• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Verbal and written communication skills to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and accurate monetary change.
• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
