Position OverviewThe Idaho Youth Ranch, one of the oldest non‑profit agencies in Idaho, is opening a new 64‑bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth on its 258‑acre Hands of Promise Campus in Idaho’s Treasure Valley. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead and supervise direct care staff, ensuring outstanding care for the youth in our residential program.

- Lead up to 20 direct care staff and interns.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and performance development of Youth Care Providers.
- Ensure all staff adhere to program standards, policies, and procedures.
- Work full‑time, 5 days a week, with at least one weekend day during swing shift (2:45 p.m.–11 p.m.).
- Maintain a safe and healing environment for all youth.
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Valid Idaho driver’s license, or obtain within 15 days of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus at least 3 years full‑time experience in a children’s residential facility; or Associate’s degree plus 2 years full‑time experience; or Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year full‑time experience in a children’s residential care facility.
- Must be within a reasonable distance to the Idaho Youth Ranch location.
