We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Manager, Omnichannel and Social Commerce to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Tik Tok Shop business and supporting emerging social-selling platforms. As the channel owner for social commerce, this role will focus primarily on Tik Tok Shop, overseeing the development of platform strategy, creator/affiliate direction, and cross-functional alignment, while managing the day-to-day partnership with our Tik Tok Shop agency.

In addition, this position will support broader omnichannel ecommerce needs—including B2B  partners and  as needed—by providing strategic support, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, and ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints

This position requires a deep understanding of social-commerce ecosystems, creator-driven commerce, and omnichannel best practices, as well as strong analytical capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities Social Commerce Strategy & Channel Leadership (Primary Focus: Tik Tok Shop)
  • Lead the overall Tik Tok Shop growth strategy, including channel planning, product prioritization, promotional cadence, and performance optimization.
  • Provide strategic oversight to the Tik Tok Shop agency, ensuring alignment on growth plans, creator pipeline, content direction, and storefront performance.
  • Serve as the internal owner for Tik Tok Shop, aligning Marketing, Brand, Social, Creative, Operations, Sales, and DTC teams to support channel initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational, system, or technical issues impacting channel performance in partnership with internal teams and the agency.
  • Provide regular performance reporting to internal stakeholders and make strategic recommendations to improve channel performance.

Omnichannel Support (Including B2B  &  as Needed)

  • Support broader omnichannel ecommerce efforts as needed, including assisting with B2B  partners (e.g., Sally Beauty, Cosmoprof, Salon Centric) or  initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and DTC teams to deliver assets, product information, and updates required for digital channel execution.
  • Ensure consistency of brand storytelling, product presentation, and promotional alignment across digital touchpoints.
  • Contribute to channel-level forecasting, demand planning, and performance analysis to support holistic omnichannel visibility.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 4+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, social commerce, influencer/affiliate marketing, or marketplace management;
    Or 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Tik Tok shop experience highly preferred
  • Strong understanding and passion for social-commerce platforms, short-form content strategy, and creator/affiliate ecosystems.
  • Experience managing external agency partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, surface insights, and make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
