LVN Supervisor - Primary Care, Calabasas

Overview

In this role, you will oversee all nursing and clinical services for the practice, combining hands-on patient care with leadership and operational responsibility. You will provide direct nursing care while coordinating clinic operations, managing patient flow, and supervising nursing and supplemental staff to ensure safe, high-quality care. You will work closely with faculty, residents, patients, and multidisciplinary teams to support efficient clinic operations and maximize the patient experience.

Responsibilities include assigning and coordinating staff duties in accordance with established protocols, policies, and procedures.

• Provide direct nursing care while coordinating clinic operations, managing patient flow, and supervising nursing and supplemental staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Work closely with faculty, residents, patients, and multidisciplinary teams to support efficient clinic operations and maximize the patient experience.
• Assign and coordinate staff duties in accordance with established protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Provide administrative oversight by supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, and adjusting daily staffing to meet operational needs.
• Lead performance evaluations, maintain annual staff competencies, and provide training and onboarding for new and existing team members.
• Oversee the Quality Assurance process, review staff timesheets for accuracy, and ensure ongoing maintenance and readiness of the practice.

Salary range: $37.60-$78.35/hourly
