Real Estate Paralegal Needed

Large residential real estate firm actively seeking an experienced Paralegal.

Salary $80,000 – $100,000 per year.

• High school diploma or GED required – Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of law firm paralegal or comparable experience required.
• Experience organizing and summarizing information from multiple sources.
• Experience drafting correspondence and proofreading.
• Experience in landlord/tenant, real estate licensing compliance or property management preferred.
• Active Notary Public, or willingness and ability to obtain Notary credentials required.
li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and office-related software required.
• General comfort with technology and the ability to learn and use Company platforms, such as Yardi, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Legal Tracker, and Power
  
  BI.
• Familiarity with electronic law firm billing and matter management systems preferred.
