A reputable independent insurance agency with over three decades in the business seeks a passionate Employee Benefits Account Representative to join its collaborative team. Priding themselves on fostering a positive client experience, valuing employee well-being through flexible scheduling, and actively participating in the community.
Responsibilities:
What we need from you:
- 2-3+ years of employee benefits experience in a brokerage/insurance setting
- Active CA Life & Health Insurance License
- Benefit Point and Ease experience is a plus!
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
