Senior Business Analyst - Guidewire

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and develop dashboards and reports using Cognos and Tableau
• Perform data analysis and querying using Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, and other database platforms
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Conduct detailed business analysis to document business requirements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, systems, and workflows

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation Insurance
• General insurance industry knowledge is required
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
• Hands‑on experience with Cognos, Tableau, and Snowflake

• Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes
• Self‑learner with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work well with teams
• Comfortable with learning and using new technologies and tools
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
