Pay range: $105.07/hr (W-2 only) with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K (eligible after minimum hours).

Scope of role:
Develop liquid‑cooled solutions for Keysight ISG‑NT products.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop state‑of‑the‑art IP test products.
• Design mechanical and thermal system solutions, including sourcing off‑the‑shelf parts.
• Simulate and design thermal solutions.
• Work with suppliers to resolve DFM/DFA concerns.
• Validate designs, obtain quotes, build and test prototypes.

Qualifications include:

• BS degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with direct‑to‑chip liquid cooled system design and implementation (cold plate design, manifold design, and sourcing).
• Proven track record in product development from concept to production.
• Strong design skills, analytical problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience designing complex electro‑mechanical systems & thermal management solutions including liquid cooling.
• Knowledge of sheet metal, machined parts, plastic, and extrusion fabrication methods.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Solid Works, familiar with ANSI drafting standards.
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work in small teams.
• Competent with hand and bench tools.
• Experience with Solid Works Flow Simulation (a plus).
• Knowledge of networking/data center equipment (a plus).
• Knowledge of HALT testing (a plus).

Employment details:

• 10‑month contract (Target start: 02/02/2026 – End: 12/31/2026).
• Monday thru Friday, 40 hours/week.
• Full‑time onsite at 26601 Agoura Blvd, Calabasas, CA 91302.
• Preferred candidate located in Calabasas area; remote candidates must be available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PDT daily and will visit the Calabasas office as required.
• No C2C – W‑2 only.
