Inventory Control Craftsman (Seasonal) – Monrovia Plants

We seek an Inventory Control Craftsman for our Cairo, Georgia nursery. In this seasonal position (to the end of spring), you will collaborate with Inventory Control Coaches and other Craftsmen to ensure accurate plant inventory.

• Mark and maintain field stakes and labels for all lots.
• Mark and maintain color‑coded flags for lot grade and availability identification.
• Accurately count and record product counts as requested.
• Support our company’s values through respectful communication with fellow craftsmen.

• You have an education and can perform accurate arithmetic.
• You possess critical thinking skills.
• You are good at executing and meeting goals.
• You are open to feedback, communicate well and act as required.
• You can work Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 4 pm, including flexible hours and OT during the busy spring season.
• You have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for nursery travel.
• You can maneuver around the office and nursery, drive a golf cart or ATV, use a computer and telephone, and lift 30 lbs repeatedly and 50 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
