- Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 – No Contract
- Base Pay: determined by experience PLUS Regional Float Pool Differential $15.00
- Additional: $2.75/Evenings, $4.60/Nights, $1.50/Weekends
- Stay Premium Program:
Active after 2 years with Mercy. Up to $8/hour based on years of Mercy service - Annual Merit Increase

- Education
- Required:
Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. - Preferred: BSN
- Required:
- Licensure – Must obtain and maintain a current RN license within the hiring state and/or a compact licensure, meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
- Experience
- Required:
Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience. Six months of this experience should be within the last year. - Preferred:
Epic experience
- Required:
- Certifications (Must have to start)
- BLS
- ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT within 90 days of hire
- Physical Requirements/Demands – Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds.
