About the Role
From Cumming Group UK & Europe – a Cost and Project Management Consultancy within the construction industry. We are seeking a forward‑thinking Senior Project Manager in Sardinia, Italy, with expertise in the hotel and hospitality sectors. The role focuses on the refurbishment and repositioning of existing hotels and the development of new‑build hotel properties. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, entrepreneurial and have a strong track record of project delivery.
Responsibilities

Provide Project Management services through pre‑ and post‑contract process.
Support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances.
Carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.
Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.
Work with senior members of staff to gather market testing data of key elements for the developments.
Provide assistance on general project management tasks such as meeting minutes, dashboard reporting, risk management etc.
Prepare and assist with issuing tender documents, evaluations, contract documentations and reports.
Prepare and assist with the production of cost reports and cost forecasting.
Advise and liaise with the internal project and cost control team.

Key Attributes

Degree qualified in Project Management or a similar technical discipline.
Ideally a minimum of 4+ years’ experience working in the hospitality industry.
Team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious.
Likeable and warm personality that will fit into and become an integral part of the team.
Track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.
Hospitality or real‑estate background.
