We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic Health Visitor to join our team at White Rose Medical Centre in New Tredegar. You will be working within a team of Health Visitors and skill‑mix staff delivering an Early Years Health visiting programme to families living in the North Caerphilly area.

• Contribute to the development of new projects and policies within the health visiting service, including research, implementation and evaluation of evidence‑based practice.
• Provide universal, enhanced and intensive Health Visiting services to children and families from all cultural diversities on the case load.
• Work as a team across locally defined areas and support the service across Gwent to provide a safe service for all preschool children and their families.
