Territory Sales Manager – AggregatesRegion:
South Wales (Caerphilly)
Salary: £48,000 + bonus + company car
We are seeking a high‑energy, driven, and commercially astute Territory Sales Manager who can confidently operate at every level — from site visits to boardroom discussions. You’ll be a natural go‑getter who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and delivering exceptional results. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across the South Wales region, taking full ownership of developing the territory and driving commercial performance.
You’ll combine strong market insight with a proactive, solution‑focused approach to expand our Aggregates business and deepen customer partnerships.

- Operate as the main point of contact for assigned customers across the region.
- Execute structured call cycles for both customers and prospects, using a mix of face‑to‑face meetings and digital channels (including video calls).
- Maintain accurate objectives in the Customer Management Plan (CMP).
- Develop long‑term commercial relationships supported by a robust customer strategy aligned with the Market Strategy Plan (MSP).
- Coordinate with sales, operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with new and existing customers in line with the regional and product line strategy.
- Drive increased share of wallet through effective upselling and cross‑selling at the required profitability level.
- Proactively use market data (including ABI) to identify profitable opportunities.
- Support the preparation of quotes and tender submissions.
- Actively contribute to annual sales budgets and forecasts for the territory.
