• Talk to customers over the phone and help them choose the right products and services.
• Build relationships and understand customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets.

• Resilient, driven, and proven ability to achieve targets at work.
• No prior sales experience required.
• Capable of learning and completing a Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service as part of the apprenticeship.
