Client Details
My client is a large, multi‑national hygiene and facilities services provider operating across the UK and several European markets
Description
As the CRO Specialist you will have the following responsibilities:
Own and manage the CRO programme across Group websites and digital touchpoints.
Build and maintain a prioritised experimentation roadmap (PIE, ICE, etc.).
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests using VWO to optimise conversion journeys.
Analyse conversion funnels to identify drop‑off points and optimisation opportunities.
Develop data‑driven hypotheses using quantitative (GA4, Looker Studio) and qualitative (session recordings, heatmaps, feedback) insights.
Conduct qualitative research, including user interviews and session replay analysis, to guide testing.
Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys to test and communicate concepts.
Collaborate with PPC, SEO, developers, designers, and marketing to deliver functional UX solutions.
Profile
A successful CRO Specialist should have:
Proven UX research and CRO experience, particularly on B2B platforms.
Skilled in end‑to‑end experimentation: hypothesis creation, test design, execution, and analysis.
Proficient in VWO for A/B testing and GA4 for conversion analysis.
Experienced with Looker Studio reporting;
Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
Solid understanding of A/B testing statistics (sample size, significance, confidence).
Experienced using prioritisation frameworks (PIE, ICE, etc.) to manage testing roadmaps.
Able to combine quantitative and qualitative data to form strong test hypotheses.
Background in customer portals or similar digital tools is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with tools like Hotjar or similar.
Excellent communication skills; able to present insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong problem‑solver with a proactive approach to UX and conversion challenges.
Experienced collaborating with external agencies.
Degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
