About the role:You will create, design, and deliver training to all our colleagues in line with the phs business plan and your designated business area, with a particular focus on leadership and management development
. You will quickly foster effective working relationships with all our senior stakeholders, providing support and coaching. This includes leading our General Management Programme, maintaining an ecosystem of management training, and partnering with HR Business Partners to ensure our leaders have the skills and confidence to succeed.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs within your designated business area
- Prioritising learning and development needs with HR Business Partners
- Partner with Senior Managers across the function to deliver learning and development plans
- Design learning solutions that drive performance improvement in line with the phs business plan.
- Work closely with business subject matter experts to create learning solutions for new and existing colleagues.
- Design and create blended learning solutions and start to create a learning library of solutions for new and existing colleagues.
- Plan and manage monthly, weekly and daily activities in line with L&D plan
- Implement and manage evaluation methods for learning programmes to demonstrate effectiveness of delivery and demonstration of knowledge improvement
- Work collaboratively with L&D colleagues, HR Colleagues and Support Functions to identify learning needs
- Create relevant learning solutions to meet identified needs to drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Deliver and Facilitate learning solutions to all levels of our phs colleagues
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on leadership development and management capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Strong facilitation and coaching experience, ideally with relevant qualifications.
- Ability to design and deliver blended learning solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Highly organised, with strong planning skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current leadership development trends, learning theory, and design methodologies.
