If you have a minimum of 6 months UK care and support experience and hold the All Wales Manual Handling Passport, we want to hear from you!

• Provide high-quality person-centred care and emotional support
• Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility
• Promote independence and dignity at all times
• Work as part of a wider care team to ensure safe, consistent support
• Accurately record and report care notes

• Minimum 6 months UK-based care/support experience

• Reliability and excellent communication skills
