Nurs Link Home Care are an independent care agency providing care to our service users in their own home environment. We provide care services to both the private and public sectors. Our service users receive care and support in line with their unique needs and values to support them to live as independently as possible.

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Care Worker. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our service user with complex health needs in their own homes. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring assistance, with the flexibility of working hours to suit you.

• Provide patient care and support in accordance with individual care plans
• Assist with behavior management techniques
• Aid in meal preparation and feeding when necessary
• Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
• Provide person centred care with empathy, compassion, dignity and respect, always promoting independence and choice

• Prior experience in patient care preferred
• Proficiency in behavior management techniques
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols preferred
• Home care: 1 year (required)

£13.00-£15.00 per hour

8 per week
