Your new role
You will take ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery across a portfolio of automotive engineering programmes. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading full project lifecycle activities from concept through to production release
Managing project plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery
Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry standards
Reporting project status to senior leadership and supporting strategic decision‑making
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience managing engineering projects within the automotive or wider manufacturing sector
Strong understanding of product development processes, engineering change, and quality systems
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast‑paced, technically demanding environment
Project management qualifications (e.g., Prince2, APM) are advantageous but not essential
