Role Overview

We are looking for motivated Secondary Cover Supervisors who demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills alongside a creative and compassionate approach. You will work alongside a forward-thinking team to deliver an innovative curriculum, uphold high expectations for all pupils, and inspire a lifelong love of learning.

Key Requirements

Level 3 or HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential)
PGCE or PCET qualifications are also accepted
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Proactive and confident attitude
Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and expectations
Understanding of planning and assessment processes
