We are seeking dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistants for a rewarding full-time role within one of our partnering schools in Caerphilly.

• 1:1 Support:
  Provide personalised support to pupils with additional needs in the classroom.
• Inclusive Teaching:
  Adapt approaches to meet individual learning needs and create an inclusive environment.
• Classroom Assistance:
  Collaborate with the class teacher on general tasks, resource preparation, and tailored learning materials.

The desired Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience of working with primary school aged children.
• Experience of working with pupils with ALN.
• A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
• An ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong adaptability and communication skills.
• Behaviour Management.
• Compliance – Ability to provide suitable references and complete an Enhanced DBS check (we can support with this process).
