Overview

Transport staff member required for busy Children's Day Nursery based in Bedwas, Caerphilly. 40 hours per week working Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm. Exceeds NMW.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties of the role include assisting the Transport Manager in transporting the children safely using nursery vehicles to school and nursery sites throughout the day. Following policies and procedures, considering all aspects of health and safety and working in line with CIW requirements. In all aspects of work you should aim to provide the highest standards of care possible for the children.

When making decisions the safety, wellbeing and security of the children in your care have priority at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

Hold a full clean driving licence.
Desirable:
Level 2, 3 or 5 Childcare/Early Years qualification (not essential).
Enhanced DBS check required; cost met by applicant.
