Stock Administrator
Caerphilly

We are currently working with a manufacturing company who are looking to expand their team by taking on a Stock Administrator to join their growing and friendly team.
The successful Administrator will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and analysing incoming stock data to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and customer service standards are maintained.
Administrator Benefits:
· Salary of £27,800, based upon experience
· Up to 10% yearly bonus based on company performance
· Hours Monday – Friday 8am to 4.30pm (40 hours per week)

Administrator Role and Responsibilities
· Inputting collection data including customer details, account numbers, sales order numbers and stock quantities into the ERP system
· Data cleansing and ensuring accuracy of all records
· Generating invoices and waste transfer notes on a weekly or monthly basis
· Creating, filing and reviewing waste transfer notes to ensure full regulatory compliance
· Producing performance reports and stock analysis for management review
· Maintaining daily run rates and product levels
· Managing end-of-month stock counts for all goods received
· Liaising with operatives to resolve stock discrepancies and queries
· Communicating with internal teams, transport drivers and external customers regarding collections and returns
· Responding to email queries and resolving data errors efficiently
Administrator Essential Experience/Qualifications required
· Previous experience in a supply chain/ logistics/ manufacturing/ recycling administrative role involving high-volume data entry
· Strong Excel skills and confidence working with databases
· Experience using ERP systems (they use Netsuite but experience not essential)
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Confident communicator able to liaise with internal teams and customers
· Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
