What you'll be doing:
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment Supporting pupils with additional needs, where required Helping with classroom preparation and administrative tasks Were looking for someone who:
