Referrals & Coordination:
Referring patients to hospital specialists or other healthcare professionals when necessary.

Administrative & Clinical Tasks:
Maintaining accurate, confidential patient records, signing, and managing repeat prescriptions, and ensuring legal compliance with health regulations.

Home Visits:
Visiting patients at home or in care homes when they are unable to travel to the surgery.
