  • Provide senior strategic leadership across a complex, multi‑disciplinary service, ensuring high‑quality clinical practice, robust governance and effective delivery across pathways.

  • Lead on service transformation
    , driving innovation and overseeing strategic developments aligned with national and local priorities for children and young people’s mental health.

  • Oversee operational performance
