Registered Home Manager Well-Established Care Home

Location:

Newport Salary: £45,000-£50,000

I am seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established and reputable nursing and residential home located near Newport. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, forward-thinking leader who is passionate about delivering high quality care and driving positive outcomes for residents and staff.

The service is a smaller service specialising in the care of the elderly with dementia.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience managing elderly focused residential homes

NVQ5 in Leadership and Management Strong understanding of CIW regulations, compliance requirements, and inspection processes.

Demonstrated ability to improve CIW ratings from Requires Improvement to Good, or maintain consistent Good ratings.

Experience managing and developing a large, multidisciplinary team.

Ability to promote and sustain a positive staffing culture, with a focus on retention, morale, and professional growth.
