Overview
Senior / checking Engineer required for a steel frame project in Newport. Works will run until December 2026.
Responsibilities- Check and approve temporary and permanent works designs
- Carry out independent design checks for steel frame and associated works
- Manage the temporary works process and implementation on site
- Provide technical support to site teams and subcontractors
- Liaise with designers and attend technical coordination meetings
- Ensure site works comply with approved designs and standards
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Senior Engineer on large industrial steel frame projects
