Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisors play a crucial role in schools, whether on a day-to-day, long-term, or permanent basis. While planning and preparation are not required, excellent communication and effective classroom management skills are essential.

The successful Cover Supervisor based in Caerleon will:

• Hold a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or have at least six months’ relevant experience
• Confidently manage classes of students aged 11 to 16+
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour to ensure student engagement
• Demonstrate flexibility to work across various departments and with different age groups daily
