Based out of our Cadillac Division, the person in this position would be responsible for assisting with managing inventory in our warehouse as well as picking up product from our suppliers and delivering it to our customers. Specifically, the responsibilities for this position include:
- Inspecting and checking in incoming products to ensure it meets our quality standards
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders
- Using proper inventory management procedures for assigned inventory
- Managing product safely and effectively from receiving to shipment and delivery
- Safely loading/transporting/unloading product
- Maintaining Lumbermen’s supplied vehicle through following DOT regulations
- Following all DOT safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment both onsite and on the road
- Representing Lumbermen’s in a positive and professional manner in all situations

This position offers a $300 annual clothing allowance to offset costs for work apparel, protective footwear, and PPE.
Note that this position will likely be 75-80% warehouse and 20-25% driving.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE- High school diploma
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Accuracy and detail-orientation
- Inclination to do things right the first time
- Ability to accurately pull orders and load/unload trucks
- Ability to properly identify colors for the purpose of pulling orders
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Ability to do physical labor including lifting of up to 75lbs
- Ability to bend, twist, and stoop
- Ability to work on feet for 8-10 hours per day
