CNA Nurse Aide - Night Shift

About the Role

Our Nursing Assistants are more than just caregivers; they are friends and companions to our guests. They build relationships with patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living. CNAs notice changes in mood and behavior that help the clinical team recognize potential medical issues. We rely on our Nursing Assistants as a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.

• Up to $28.40 per hour on Nights
• Starting wage $19.35 - $23.00 per hour based on years of certification
• $3.40 per hour hero pay
• Shift Premiums:
  • $2.00 per hour on 3rd Shift

• 12‑hour shifts – rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time or part‑time – Night Shift or Day Shift available

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide: bathing, skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine mouth care, shaving, dressing.
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
• Observe and report, as necessary, significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.

• Completion of an approved nurse assistant training program, with current CNA Nurse Assistant certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
