Our Practical Nurses are a part of our Skilled Nursing team that delivers specialized care to patients across areas including orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You will have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care, leveraging cutting-edge technology and working as an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team. You are a vital part of our healthcare family.

You will earn up to $37.40 per hour.

• Starting Wages $29.00 - $33.00 per hour based on years of certification
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay
• PLUS $5.00 per hour Shift Premium for 7PM - 7AM shifts
• PLUS - $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS

• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
• You will perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

• A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan; current CPR certification
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher
• A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care
• You are a team player, dedicated to supporting your team members and getting the job done
