Overview

Join our EPIC Team at Wexford Senior Care Center! Our Registered Nurses are part of a skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess needs and implement care as you deem necessary, utilizing the latest technology and being part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

You will earn up to $48.40 per hour plus a $12,000 sign-on bonus. Starting wages are $36.00 - $40.00 per hour based on years of certification. Plus $3.40 per hour hero pay and a $5.00 per hour shift premium for 7PM - 7AM shifts. There is a $12,000 sign-on bonus. Yearly wage increases are available.

• You will perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy healing environment.

• A current license to practice as an RN in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and develop solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent care.
• A team player who is dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.

• Full Time or Part Time roles available; all shifts include rotating weekends and holidays.
• Days and Nights available - 12 hour shifts.
